Orell Füssli positions itself as an attractive company for its shareholders by aiming for a payout ratio of 60 – 80% of the net profit attributable to shareholders.

Following approval by the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid out from 19 May 2025.
The last trading day entitling shareholders to receive the dividend is 14 May 2025.
From 15 May 2025, the shares will be traded ex-dividend.
