Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is the supreme governing body of Orell Füssli AG. The meeting is usually held in May but at the latest within six months of the end of the financial year.

The 134th Annual General Meeting took place on Tuesday, 7 May 2024 at the SIX ConventionPoint in Zurich. The shareholders approved all the proposals of the Board of Directors and elected Pascale Bruderer as a new member of the Board of Directors.
